Francis Lotzer holds a diploma from A.C.I. Business school (Shool of the french chamber of commerce of Paris).

From 1995 to 2016, as managing director of Tendance training firm (France), Francis was an international expert on development of management, leadership and negotiation skills.

• P.M.I. Registered Education Provider (2013, 2014, 2015). The Project Management Institute (P.M.I.) is an American nonprofit organization. Its services include the development of standards, research, education, publication, networking-opportunities in local chapters, hosting conferences and training seminars, and providing accreditation in project management.

• External consultant in leadership skills for University Paris-Dauphine PSL France from 2008 to 2015 (Certificate interim management, Safran experts).

In 2016, he decides to settle in Thailand with his Thai family to operate more specifically in Asia Pacific.

He still delivers training programs worldwide: Europe, Asia, Africa, and America for major companies.

In November 2022, Francis is DISC Practitioner Certified.
