Francis Lotzer holds a diploma from A.C.I. Business school (Shool of the french chamber of commerce of Paris).

From 1995 to 2016, as managing director of Tendance training firm (France), Francis was an international expert on development of management, leadership and negotiation skills.

In 2016, he decides to settle in Thailand with his Thai family to operate more specifically in Asia Pacific.
